The Towers Collapsed

As people scrambled to find refuge in any possible way, the towers began to falter and fall from the gaping holes that the airplanes inflicted on the buildings. When searching through particular footage after the fact, it even looked like the towers were crashing down floor by floor, almost like they were exploding in sequence. But what wasn’t orderly at all were all the people inside the buildings, as well as the surrounding areas, that were caught in the major destruction that is now known as Ground Zero.

Total Loss And Devastation

Not only were people trying to get out of the collapsing towers, but a few were actually jumping to their deaths from the tops of the building. It would sadly seem that it was a better choice to die by jumping out of the building than burning or suffocating to death from the smoke and flames caused by the burning buildings. And once the second tower had collapsed in on itself, the unbelievable devastation and loss to both property, and more importantly people, would be something the world had never experienced before.
