After searching through the video surveillance of Target, the authorities would find the evidence that they needed to see who had taken Kelsey. Their first search through the video showed Kelsey inside the store buying a gift. And what was more chilling was apparently there was someone following her closely around the store. The next thing they saw showed her being forced by someone into her own car in the parking lot.
