Convicting Hall For His Crimes
On June 7, 2007, Edwin R. Hall was charged with premeditated first-degree murder, sexual assault, sodomy and aggravated kidnapping. When Hall was first caught, he denied any involvement in Kelsey’s kidnapping, disappearance, and death. But when forensics had found that the fingerprints found on Kelsey’s car seatbelt matched those of Hall, he could no longer deny the truth.
