As A Younger Man
As a child, Hall had been adopted at the age of 7 by a young and loving couple. His adoptive parents eventually had their own child, but they still treated Hall as if he were their very own. When Hall turned 15, he assaulted another boy by hitting him on the head with a baseball bat. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, he threatened his “sister” with a knife. He was sent back to state custody after that until he could be released as an adult.
