7:07 P.M.
Approximately 7:07 p.m., Kelsey made her way out of Target and into the parking lot behind the Oak Park Mall. Right before leaving, her mother had reported that they had spoken on the phone while she was walking around inside. So when 4 hours had passed with no sign of Kelsey arriving home, her parents began to wonder, and worry, about what had happened to their beautiful daughter. When they found her car in the parking lot across where she was last seen, they knew that something was horribly wrong.
