Born in Overland Park, Kansas, Kelsey Ann Smith was the 18-year-old daughter of Greg and Missy Smith. She was the 3rd child out of 5 and was known to be a spitfire. Her parents describe her as a “handful, but also a kind child from the very beginning.” They said she even had a t-shirt as a toddler that read, ‘My Name Is No-No.’
