Heading Into Target
On June 2, 2007, Kelsey went to Target in Overland, Kansas to buy her boyfriend a 6-month anniversary present. She couldn’t have known that lurking between the aisles, there was someone planning to commit a horrible crime, and she was the primary victim. Without an inkling of knowledge or even a sense of any evil nearby, she went about her shopping. Sadly for Kelsey, her predator was watching her, and waiting to make his move as soon as she left the store.
