Kelsey Smith Foundation
For the Smith family, they know that although they can never get Kelsey back, they can do something to help other families dealing with the same outcome as Kelsey. They feel that it was an injustice to them when Verizon refused to give over the information on the ping police did at the time of Kelsey’s disappearance. They decided to start the Kelsey Smith Foundation and bring the case to Congress to help other families in the same predicament.
