10. Chest Pain

Another symptom of gallbladder problem is chest pain, usually presenting after a fatty meal. This is because the fat from the food signals the diseased or problematic gallbladder to contract and release bile, causing pain, located in the right lower portion of the chest. Just like the back pain experienced by people with gall stones, this pain in the chest is what doctors call, referred pain, or pain not directly felt where the organ is located.
