Canopy Walk, Ghana
Seated in the heart of the Kakum National Park is a canopy walk of over ‘seven separate bridges that hang from the trees and over 130 feet above the ground’ in Ghana, Africa. It was precisely designed to bring in tourists from all over the world in order for them to get an up-close encounter with nature. Considering that the so-called bridges are made of rope, wooden planks and aluminum, safety nets have been put up to make those who dare trek the canopy walks feel a bit more secure.
