Puente de Ojuela, Mexico
This suspension bridge in Mexico is called the Ojuela Bridge, or Puente de Ojuela in Spanish. Originally built for the goldmine located below it, it was turned into a tourist attraction in 1991. Interestingly, the same men who had designed the infamous Brooklyn Bridge, the Roebling brothers, also designed and built this one. And given its height from the bottom, it definitely makes one’s heart race.
