Thanking Kody For Everything

Michelle’s family was so unbelievably grateful to Kody for everything he tried to do to help Michelle, and their family, after the ghastly event. Diane, Michelle’s older sister, even reiterated, “Kody was our guardian angel. He refused to let her be alone,” sharing that he was a huge part of the reason they were able to find Michelle in the first place.

Remembering Michelle

When they were finally able to sit down after all was said and done, Kody and Michelle’s family shared stories of just what an amazing and lovely woman Michelle was. They shared how Michelle was known for her ‘energy, and her joy.’ And Kody told them how, in just a span of a day spent together until Michelle had been shot, they had bonded over music, common interests, and a blossoming friendship. Kody even told them how Michelle had shown him photos of her family, her sisters in particular, on their wedding days. They were able to laugh and smile, at least for a little bit.
