Having Her First Child

In spite of the unhappy marriage, Jill and Steven would get pregnant and have their first child on March 28, 1965. It was a boy and they named him Steven Seth Moore. But unfortunately for the young baby, his arrival couldn’t salvage their already decaying marriage. They would end up separating, leaving 21-year old Jill alone to raise her child, as well as being single once more.

Meeting William Clark Coit, Jr.

Once more, Jill would find herself back in Louisiana. And although she had a young son to take care of, she enjoyed spending time in the popular French Quarter of New Orleans, which was lined with bars and filled with people ready to have a good time. This is when she would meet William Clark Coit, Jr., the very same man whose name she would basically retain for the rest of her life.
