Getting Married Again

Jill would find herself married for a third time on January 29, 1966, but this time, it was in Orange County, Texas. The marriage even took place 3 months before her divorce from her second husband would even be finalized, meaning that she was committing bigamy. And not only would Clark and Jill get married, he would adopt her young son whom they renamed Jonathan Seth Coit, and the two would end up having a baby of their own just 9 months after they wed, another boy whom they named William Clark Coit, III.

Settling Into Texas Life

The Coit family would end up settling down in Orange County, Texas because of Clark’s work. But unfortunately, due to the nature of his job, he would travel a lot, leaving Jill alone to her own devices. Considering that Jill was now living a life of luxury, her interest in other men would also continue. She wasn’t even in her 30’s just yet, and in spite of being a mother of two, she would begin cheating on her husband while he was away.
