Marrying Him For The Money

Sadly for Clark, Jill’s exploits were not a secret, and he would come home and have to face the humiliation of a cheating wife. He even accused her of ‘having married him for his money,’ and supposedly Jill filed for yet another divorce. But then while their divorce would go through quickly, in a bizarre turn of events, they would remarry once more. But then not too long after, Jill would once more file for a second divorce from Clark on March 8, 1977. This time, it was meant to be final.

Clark Is Found Dead

Allegedly, when Clark got the second set of divorce papers, he had supposedly removed a big amount of money from his accounts telling his friends, “a little bit of money Jill can’t get her hands on.” But then Clark couldn’t have known what was to become of his fate. He would be found dead on March 29, 1972, just 21 days after Jill had filed for the second divorce from Clark, and people had to wonder, was she responsible?
