The capital of the state of Arkansas, dubbed as the worst city to live in in the state and one of the worst in the entire country due to its very high crime rate, Little Rock has seen a low population increase, with people choosing to live elsewhere instead of relocating to this city. Just like most capital cities where urban centers are located, it has a large population of well-educated and qualified workers but most of whom remain underemployed. The high supply of these college-educated individuals coupled with not enough openings has led to the decline in the city’s average annual household income.
