Could It Have Been An Avalanche?
Many believed that maybe their deaths were caused by an avalanche. Possibly, they had heard a rumbling in the night, which caused them to panic and run out of the tent as quickly as possible. The broken bones and frozen bodies could easily help them conclude this particular theory. But when search and rescue had arrived at the site, there was no snow covering the tent, and it was still in its upright position. So rather than an avalanche, could it have been a predator of some sort?
