One wet director
Unknown to many, the scene wasn’t exactly shot in the middle of the Atlantic but in the warm waters of a massive water tank at a studio backlot located in Baja, California. During the filming of the scene, Jack, played by Leonardo Di Caprio, and Rose, portrayed by Kate Winslet, were constantly coached by the film’s director, James Cameron, who was also neck deep in the water with the pair.
