Alexis Called Her Mother

Alexis decided to call her mom to make sure that she was doing well. But her dad ended up answering her call, catching her up on the situation. Immediately Alexis just knew that her father was at fault. She got the first flight back to Utah from Las Vegas, screaming on her drive “He’s killed her! He’s killed her! He’s killed her!” And she even explained, “I just had this overwhelming feeling that he had done it. I was very, very close to my dad. My whole world turned upside down. I am a pretty rational person, but that was the feeling. It was very strange, unsettling and horrifying to come to that realization.”

So Many Inconsistencies In His Story

When the paramedics arrived in their home, it had been 30 minutes from the time he had called because they couldn’t understand the address Martin gave when speaking to 911 on the phone. Then his telling of the story of how he found his wife unconscious and basically drowned in the bathtub would have many inconsistencies, especially as the days would go by. In fact, authorities would even find bloodied wet towels in the laundry room, but nothing could be concluded until they brought her to the medical examiner.
