Concluding It Was An Accident

Two separate police reports were made on the night of Michele’s death. One had read, “The victim had apparently slipped and fell after filling the tub with water. He (Martin) said he found her hunched over the tub as if she had passed out while preparing the tub.” And the other report said, “It appeared the female was drawing a bath when she possibly passed out or fell.”

The Autopsy Findings

It would be concluded that her death was due to ‘natural causes.’ She had ‘myocarditis (and inflammation of the heart), which can be caused by a hypersensitivity to drugs.’ And there were four kinds of drugs found in her system, and that she had taken then within an hour of her death. And because there was no proof at the time that any true foul play was there, her death was ruled accidental.
