Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)

1 tbsp butter
3 eggs
4 oz. sirloin
¼ avocado, sliced
Salt
Pepper

Directions:

1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Crack eggs into pan and cook sunny-side up until whites are set and yolks are to your liking. You may cover the skillet for about half a minute to allow whites to cook evenly.

(If you’re not a fan of sunny-side up eggs, feel free to cook the eggs as you desire.)

Transfer eggs onto a plate and set aside.

3. Heat a separate skillet, cook the sirloin steak (or whichever cut you prefer) until you reach your ideal doneness. Slice the steak into strips and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer onto plate together with the eggs and set aside.

4. Slice up the avocado and serve as a refreshing side to your steak and eggs.
