Keto Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients: (makes 10 servings/cinnamon roll knots)
For the keto dough:
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp kosher salt
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 egg, slightly beaten
5 tsp water, as needed
For the Keto Cinnamon Rolls Filling
1 tbsp butter or coconut butter/oil, melted
3-4 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice, preferably golden erythritol or xylitol, to taste
1-2 tsp cinnamon to taste
For the cream cheese glaze (optional)
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp butter, softened
1-2 tbsp powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
1-3 tsp almond milk as needed
