Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)

½ Cup water (or milk if you so desire)
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp golden flaxseed meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
¼ tsp granulated stevia or your preferred sweetener to taste
Pinch of salt
½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Stovetop Method:

Add all ingredients, minus the vanilla extract, into a small sauce pan set over low heat. Stir constantly and cook until thickened, usually about 3-5 minutes. Once consistency resembles porridge, add the vanilla extract. Serve warm.

Microwave Method:

Add all ingredients, minus the vanilla extract, into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until the mixture thickens, usually about 2 minutes. Once consistency resembles porridge, stir in the vanilla extract. Serve warm.
