Three Nights Of Fun, Beer And Lots Of Music

What was nicknamed by many as “the neon sleepover,” the festival has proven to be an awesome weekend of fun, music, dancing and, of course, lots of booze. Not to mention thousands of people getting together with family and friends, while making new friends at the same time. This particular concert was already the 4th installment since it began, and it was about to end with a bang. The problem was, it wasn’t the kind of bang that anyone could have ever have imagined.

23-Year Old Renee Cesario

Renee Cesario had travelled from Moreno Valley in Riverside County, California to Las Vegas with a bunch of friends to enjoy the concert. They had been looking forward to a weekend of fun, lots of country music and dancing. By the third day, there was no way that she could have known that what was about to happen just a few hours before the end, could have actually been the end of her young life.
