Making A Run For It

When the shots that were blasting into the innocent crowd of people stopped once again, and everyone was scrambling for safety, Brendan looked up to see where they could go. But before the two could even make a move, 64-year old Paddock began a brand new shooting spree at whomever he could hit from his room, which was situated on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort Hotel.

Chaos Everywhere

Just like a few other people who had shielded their loved ones from the seemingly unlimited amount of bullets coming from what felt like the sky, Brendan knew he needed to get Renee, a virtual stranger to him, out of the open and into a safer area. He then told her, “We have to get out of here. We can’t stay here. It’s not safe.”
