Kent Easter was described as “a husband with no backbone.” He seemed to be always at his wife Jill’s bidding. An email that was entered into evidence shows Jill giving Kent a long list of things to do, including putting Kelli Peters behind bars, filing charges against the school district, Plaza Vista Elementary School, and anyone else who stood in their way. She ordered Kent to complete the tasks in 24 hours or less.
