A mysterious call from an “erratic driver” at the campus

The court battle between Kelli and the Easters went on for a year. The Easters were doing everything in their power to destroy Kelli’s reputation. On February 16, 2011, police received a mysterious phone call about an erratic driver at Plaza Vista Elementary School. It was 1:15 pm on a school day. The caller identified himself as “Vijay Chandrasekhar” who said he was concerned about his child’s safety. He added that his child attended the school.

Driver could be under the influence of something

“Vijay” was concerned that the person driving erratically was one of the parent volunteers he then mentioned that she could be under the influence of something. He described the car as a white PT Cruiser and identified the parent as “Kelli.” The Irvine police department immediately dispatched officer Charles Shaver to the school where he found the car described on the call in the parking lot.
