Continuing His Sick Ways

While he was being buried as an American hero, he was actually on his way to Utah with his family’s help. He dyed his hair red, started wearing a pair of blue contacts and changed his name to Joe Benson. He was thankfully found out because of his real fingerprints, and arrested in 1997. He ended up committing suicide in his jail cell.

Bennie Wint’s life was riddled with drugs, being part of the South Carolina drug ring. He thought that he was going to be charged in Florida for his affiliation with them so he decided to change his fate by faking his own death. He made his fiancée and his 4-year old daughter believe that he had drowned to death, rather than spend time in jail.
