Going To Court

Michael was quite upset that Shannon was keeping him away from his son, so he decided that he needed to bring her back to court. But when their day in court came and went, Shannon never showed up, causing the judge to grant Michael temporary custody of Ricky. But little did Michael know, in spite of being given legal custody, his son would disappear along with his mom.

Ricky Is Gone

It had been sometime in November of 2007 when Michael would no longer be able to find Shannon or Ricky anywhere. Curiously, it was right around the time that Michael was set to take his son from Shannon that they would go missing. Both mother and son were put on a ‘Missing Persons’ list with major concern over their disappearance. But that would all change soon enough.
