Two Years Would Pass

Grievously, two years would pass and Michael wouldn’t hear anything about his son’s whereabouts. There were no usable tips, no signs, nothing that would led the investigators to a possible place where Ricky could be. He knew Shannon had him somewhere, it was just a question of where. And he had to wonder whether he would get the chance to see his son ever again. Then finally something amazing would happen.

An Anonymous Tip

In early September of 2007, an anonymous tip came in to the police station saying that the police should go and check Ricky’s grandmother’s house once more. She was living in her Franklin County home with her fiancé when police would go knocking on her door a second time.
