Getting Her Story Out

A friend of Jennifer, TV News reporter Scott Thuman, had tried to help out in the search for Jennifer. He explains, “I made sure they [Jennifer’s parents] were on every TV station every single night as long as we could keep that alive. They did networks, they did radio shows. They did every newspaper interview they could.”

Parents Know That Someone Knows Something

Jennifer’s parents had become quite hungry for answers and their frustration mounted as each day passed without any leads. Her father Drew has said, “The difficulty of dealing with Jennifer’s disappearance today is the lack of someone stepping forward. We know someone knows something.” Her mom Joyce added, “The worst part is the not knowing. You can have hope, but on any given day and any given moment, you’re going to have sadness.”
