Don’t Expect Consistent Internet
New Zealand is quite remote, considering that it sits deep in the South Pacific Ocean. And precisely because of this, many areas in the country have weak Internet connection. Of course, being within the cities is not a problem, but the other areas that are further away might be spotty at best, while others have none whatsoever. Just keep that in mind, especially when traveling into the wilderness.
