Don’t Fake Your Customs Declaration
Unlike other countries in the Asia-Pacific region, New Zealand, like Australia though, is incredibly strict about what you bring in and out of their country. No matter what you choose to bring with you on your trip, you’ll have to declare it. Be sure to be as truthful on your customs declaration form as possible, unless you don’t mind your items being taken away, or worse, having to pay extremely high taxes on them.
