Vacations in Italy

Although some of the Fritzl siblings had been allowed to go on vacations to other countries, Elisabeth wasn’t given the chance. For some reason, it had seemed that Josef had already “chosen” Liesl, his nickname for Elisabeth, to be his sex slave. Although Josef was known to be quite strict and harsh towards his children, he was most especially domineering towards Elisabeth. When she turned 11, her real torture began.

The Loss Of Innocence

In 1977, at the very young age of 11, Elizabeth’s worst nightmares came to fruition. Her father Josef, who was 42 years old at the time, began raping her. Sadly for Elisabeth, the abuse would happen on a regular basis. It would happen at sporadic times and places, sometimes in the car, other times during walks through the forest, and even worse, at home. And during these cruel moments of torment, Josef would even cause serious injury to Elisabeth.
