17. Liver
The liver of most animals have been a common food staple in different cultures all over the world and are widely available from butchers and supermarkets for people to buy. Common preparations for the vitamin rich offal include baking, frying, boiling, stir-frying, and broiling. Due to its high purine content, people with gout are advised to refrain from eating liver, which we guess wouldn’t be much of a problem for most people.
