Dealing With The Loss

Learning to move on after Dru’s death has proven difficult for many, not only for her family and friends. Even the community has had a hard time getting over her loss. Many people are still seen paying their respects at the site of the ravine where Dru’s body had been left. Although it’s been hard, everyone has tried to get past this horrible event and honor Dru as best as they can.

In Honor Of Dru

After all, that’s been said and done Chris Lang has still managed to come out of this entire process with a light heart. He has gone on to say, “I believe it is a good world, and you find that out when you see all these wonderful people come together – the community at Grand Forks [North Dakota] and all the way around the world. You have to take something good out of this tragedy, and that is the human spirit can transcend all.” He continued with, “I will miss Dru dearly, but she’ll be in my heart forever.”
