43) Police points a gun at a civilian

Police brutality is a daily reality for the people in North Korea. Locals and prisoners somehow encounter the same level of police pressure given the list of eyewitness proof—detainees getting beaten with shovels if they did not work fast enough, subjected to motionless kneeling and water torture, facial and shin beatings with rifle butts leaving permanent damage to ear and eye, etc.
