Torchbearers For The Olympics
Pat Sajak and Vanna White became so famous that in 1996, they were asked to carry the Olympic torch for that year’s Summer Games, which was held in Atlanta. They went on to carry the torch among “Community and Local Heroes,” which included boxing champions Evander Holyfield and Muhammad Ali, who had the honor of lighting the cauldron.
