Now that other people from the prom have spoken out, Clare remained steadfast, sticking to her version of the story that it was the adult male chaperones who witnessed her dancing and it wasn’t the other students complaining. She still stressed that restrictive dress codes only make it more difficult and unfair for tall girls as finding appropriate dresses could be such a chore if one is tall.
