12. Behavioral and Personality Changes.

Some signs of stroke could be easily misinterpreted, such as behavioral and personality changes in people who suffer from it. Damage to the brain could affect how people process emotions, an integral part of their behavior and personality. This impairment could be observed as depression, anger, frustration or sometimes a loss of their identity. People suffering from stroke might also have difficulty communicating effectively, another important aspect of personality and behavior. Being unable to express one’s self, especially if he or she could do it effortlessly before, is an abnormality that should be given attention.
