Stalking Anna Williams

The citizens of Wichita knew they were dealing with someone obviously deranged and highly skilled. But while they couldn’t have known that Rader was also the same person installing security cameras in their homes, he also happened to be scouting out possible victims in those same homes at the same time. One such victim was Anna Williams, an older woman living alone after being widowed. And when Rader finally decided to strike again, he would wait for her in her house, only to leave when she didn’t come home that night until it was too late. Angered by not getting to put his new plan into reality, he eventually sent her a package with a poem about his frustration. Suffice it to say, knowing she was supposed to be the BTK Killer’s next victim, she left Kansas and never came back.

Killing Again

His next three victims were Marine Hedge, Vicki Wegerle and Dolores E. Davis. And while it had been a few years since his last murders, his skills were actually becoming more sinister. Rather than just rushing through his murders, he began to pose his victims afterwards and take their photos to bring with him as keepsakes. He even went as far as bringing one of his victims to the actual church where he was one of the respected heads in order to photograph her. And although he now had 10 victims who had lost their lives due to his brutally savage ways, it was all going to finally come to a halt.
