The Other Otero Children Come Home

The Otero family had three other children who happened to have left already for school that day. They would come home to find their family bound, tortured and killed and they would have no idea who had done it. Everyone was in shock, and they wanted to know who was responsible. Little did they know that it was going to take another 30 years for the deaths of their family members to finally find the justice they so deserved.
