Making An Almost Impossible Decision

After discussing everything with the doctors, and more importantly with her husband and parents, Brittany did the impossible and decided that she would just end her life, on her terms, and in her own time. She didn’t want to undergo the unbelievable treatments that would leave her body sore, painful, swollen, intolerable, to just die in the end. She wanted to be able to ‘die with dignity,’ plainly put.

There’s No Miracle Cure

The decision of Brittany to end her own life was surprising to many. And although it was also something that was difficult for her family to accept, they wanted to support her 100 percent. Brittany even shared, “I don’t want to die. If anyone wants to hand me, like, a magical cure and save my life so that I can have children with my husband, you know, I will take them up on it.”
