13. Yahya Khan
General Agha Mohammad Yahya Khan was president of Pakistan in 1966 to 1971. He served during World War II. His presidency was marred by armed conflicts and genocide. His campaign against Eastern Pakistan claimed the lives of about 3 million, according to some sources. He died in 1980 due to over-indulgence from alcohol.
