Start of Troubles
When Swango studied to become a doctor, that was when he exhibited troubling behavior. His friends and colleagues started to notice it, but many shrugged it off and thought nothing out of it. He was an extremely brilliant pupil, but he chose to be an ambulance attendant all the time, something that puzzled his professors.
