Chained Up Like A Dog

On November 3, 2016, Kala Brown was found inside the container in complete darkness, fully clothed, but with hardly any air and chained by her neck from the ceiling, and also on her leg, like a dog to the container. When the police reached her, they had to reassure her that it was the authorities. They shared that “She was distraught, panicked,” which was to be expected.

Spartanburg Police Arriving On The Scene

According to Spartanburg County Sherriff, Chuck Wright, when he received the news about Kala, “I got there in six minutes, it was 25 minutes away and I got there in six.” They couldn’t believe that they had found her alive after the few months that she had been missing. Wright goes on to say, “It’s all by God’s grace that we found that little girl alive.”
