Moving In With His Biological Father

From the age of 8, Todd had already expressed that he wanted to move in with his biological father, whom he hadn’t seen since he was a baby. His mom attempted to keep him with her, but by the time he turned 12, she shares that she could no longer take his harmful ways. She finally relented and allowed him to move to his dad’s house in Tempe, Arizona.

Left To His Own Devices

It was said that, although Todd got what he wanted by moving in with his real father, his actions didn’t change. Not only was he left alone a lot, since his dad was used to his bachelor lifestyle and was busy with all his girlfriends, all his dad was impart his love of weapons to his son, even showing him how to make bombs. By the time Todd wanted to go back to his mom because he realized that things were actually better with her, she no longer wanted to deal with his difficult ways and supposedly gave many reasons why he couldn’t return to her.
