It would seem to most that Todd’s past was finally behind him. Maybe the 14 years of jail time put a dent in his cruel ways and he was, in fact, rehabilitated. Although he did lie in order to get a Real Estate License by not sharing his sex offender status, he was able to open up a new business that was going to become quite successful. He was even noted as a reliable agent, having at least 12 people under his employment. But it would seem that he had been planning out some very evil plans this entire time.

Buying An Excessive Amount Of Property

In May of 2014, he bought a massive piece of property in Moore, reaching almost 100 acres. The price was set at hefty price of $305,632, after which he spent another $80,000 to build a fence all the way around it. According to Todd, he was going to build a “wildlife refuge for the next generation.”
