People who had voted for the young and engaging new president would not be disappointed when he took the stand to give his inaugural speech. It was here that his infamous line, “Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country,” was spoken. And from this time forward, JFK would begin a legacy that would proceed him until this very day.
