They Said The Evidence Was Enough
While many claim that since there was no confession, there was a large possibility that Oswald wasn’t the actual shooter since the gun used to kill Kennedy was different from the pistol Oswald had in the theatre. The pistol though was said to be the same gun that was used to shoot police officer Tippit. District Attorney Henry Wade shares that the palm print on the rifle used to kill Kennedy, was indeed that of Oswald. His prints were also supposedly found by the window of the building where the shots that killed JFK had come from as well.
